Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are provided by Dr Browz LLC (“Dr Browz”, “we”, “our”), 1640 Camino Del Rio North, Suite 206, San Diego, CA 92108. They apply when you book an appointment or receive services at our studio.

Dr Browz Studio is a brand operated by Dr Browz LLC.

Booking & deposits

Appointments are booked through Square, the studio’s booking system.

All appointments require a $50 non-refundable booking fee. The booking fee is applied toward the total cost of your service.

You are welcome to reschedule. Please contact the studio at least 24 hours before your appointment so your booking fee transfers to your rescheduled appointment.

With less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you do not attend your appointment (no-show), the $50 booking fee is forfeited and no further charge is applied. Refunds are not issued automatically; exceptional cases are reviewed individually.

There is a 15-minute grace period. If we are unable to begin within 15 minutes of your scheduled start time, we may need to reschedule so the following client is not affected, and a new booking fee will be required.

Services

Our current services include Microblading, Ombré Powder Brows, Nano Brows, Combo Brows, Lip Blushing, Eyeliner, Dark Lips Neutralization, Old PMU Lightening, Annual Color Boost, Brows Lamination & Tinting, Korean Lash Lift and Consultation. Current services and pricing are listed on our Services page and in our booking system.

SMS messaging

By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our booking form or appointment calendar, you agree to receive SMS messages from Dr Browz LLC (“Dr Browz”).

Transactional messages include appointment confirmations, reminders, changes and aftercare instructions. Marketing messages, if you opt in separately, include offers and studio news. Marketing consent is optional and consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at drbrowz23@gmail.com or (858) 933-7381.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Our SMS program and our services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from, or send SMS messages to, anyone under 18.
