Everything worth knowing before your first permanent makeup appointment at Dr Browz — how to choose a service, how booking works, and what the deposit covers.
Choosing your service
Brows. Four techniques — Ombré Powder, Microblading, Combo and Nano — from soft powdered fill to crisp hair-like strokes.
Lips. Lip Blushing for a natural wash of color, and Dark Lips Neutralization for uneven pigmentation.
Eyes. Permanent Eyeliner, from an invisible lash-line tint to a defined liner.

A free 30-minute consultation is available, and anything that depends on your own circumstances is better discussed with a person before you book.

How to book
1. Choose a service
Pick your treatment — or book a free consultation if you are not sure which one you want.
2. Pick a time
Live availability is shown online. Opening hours are Monday to Friday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
3. Confirm
You will receive confirmation after completing your booking.
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to book and is applied toward the final service total.
To transfer the deposit to a rescheduled appointment, please contact Dr Browz at least 48 hours in advance. Exceptional refunds may be considered by Roya on a case-by-case basis.
Good to know
Already have permanent makeup?
Old work sometimes needs lightening before new work can go over it — it depends on how much pigment remains and how it has faded, which has to be seen in person. An Old PMU Lightening service is available for exactly this.
After you book
You’ll receive confirmation right after booking. If your plans change, contact the studio at least 48 hours ahead and the deposit moves to your new time.
